With additional emphasis on indoor air environment and optimized energy performance, TC 1 – 4 achieved the exceptional Platinum level certification.

The amenities-rich campus is laser focused on the well being and comfort of the occupants. With more than 25% of the site designed as landscaped open space for fitness and passive recreation, the Tech Corners feature enhanced Wellness features such as:

  • Lactation rooms and Nap pods in all buildings.
  • On-site fitness center and sport courts.

Fitwel is a widely adopted building wellness certification program. It comprises more than 55 evidence-based design and operation strategies across seven health categories, ranging from indoor environment, building access, stairs wells, water supply, shared amenities, outdoor spaces to
emergency planning. All TC buildings are actively pursuing minimum 1-Star rating certification, and Tech Corners will then be an all Fitwel-certified campus.
